Can I come see the pets?

All of our pets are located in foster homes.  We do not have a central kennel location where all of our pets are located.  We ask you to fill out an application first so that we can be sure to match you with the pet that will best fit your family and then will set up a Meet and Greet with your entire family.

How do I adopt?

The first step in our adoption process is for you to fill out our application.  We process your application and make sure to match your home with a pet that will fit in with your lifestyle and family situation.  Once we have a pet that may fit what you are looking for we will set up a meet and greet for your family to come see the pet.  Once the meet and greet is complete we will give you 24 hours to decide if it will be a good fit.  If you want to proceed with the adoption we will schedule a Home Visit where we bring the pet out to your home for a second introduction and at that time the Adoption Contract would be signed and the pet would stay with you.

Where are your pets located?

All of our pets are located in foster homes throughout the Western Massachusetts area.  These foster homes take care for the pets' needs on a daily basis and provide our pets with a home like experience. 

Why can't I take the pet home I see today?

If you have seen one of our pets at an adoption event we want to make sure that your application is processed and that your home is a perfect fit for the pet.  If you have come for a meet and greet we still want to perform a home check with your potential new pet to make sure they will fit into your home and lifestyle.

Why do I have to fill out an application?

We ask all of our adopters to fill out an application so that we can make sure your new pet will fit in with your home and lifestyle.  We really want everyone to be happy including our adoptive pets and our adopters.  Filling out our brief application will help us to match you with a pet that will complete your family.
